The Committee on Shared Ministry (COSM) consists of Tapestry congregants who are chosen by the minister, approved by its Board for a two-year term and meet each month with the Tapestry minister to discuss the health of the congregation.

Current COSM members include Tara Sayre (co-chair), Christine Krueger (co-chair), Hiroshi Yamaguchi and Michelle Antenesse.
