Tapestry’s Congregational Nurse program is a partnership with Hoag Hospital. This ministry includes annual CPR and First Aid training for interested members, free flu vaccinations every fall, guest speakers on health and aging, education for children about hand-washing and other preventative health measures, assistance with understanding personal medical information, and other service.

The program is led by long-time Tapestry member and experienced nurse, Kathy Spahn. It is also supported by Tapestry’s Caring Committee.
