Social Gatherings

a couple at the barbecueTapestry has interesting, fun, intelligent, kind, and wonderful people in our congregation. UU Social Gatherings are a great way to become better acquainted with these great people. Social gatherings can help visitors learn what a great place Tapestry is.

These Gatherings don’t have to be fancy, or take a lot of preparation or planning. They can be a breakfast, brunch, lunch, picnic in the park, supper, wine and appetizers, or dessert and coffee any day of the week. Use your imagination and plan for the number of people you are comfortable hosting. It could be as few as four or as many as fifteen. You decide the theme, the Coordinators will give you a list of people to choose from, and you will contact them with the date, time, location, and the type of dish you wish them to bring.
