Social Gatherings
Tapestry has interesting, fun, intelligent, kind, and wonderful people in our congregation. UU Social Gatherings are a great way to become better acquainted with these great people. Social gatherings can help visitors learn what a great place Tapestry is.
These Gatherings don’t have to be fancy, or take a lot of preparation or planning. They can be a breakfast, brunch, lunch, picnic in the park, supper, wine and appetizers, or dessert and coffee any day of the week. Use your imagination and plan for the number of people you are comfortable hosting. It could be as few as four or as many as fifteen. You decide the theme, the Coordinators will give you a list of people to choose from, and you will contact them with the date, time, location, and the type of dish you wish them to bring.
Contact Sheryl Hagen at or Carol Semelroth at .
Book Group
The next meeting of the Book Group will be held on Monday, March 15 at 7:00 p.m. at the home of Jay Keithahn. The book for March is the second half of The Way We Live Now by Anthony Trollope.

Women's Wisdom Circle

Tues March 9 at 7 p.m. at Tapestry
Your opportunity to share your wisdom and to receive the wisdom of others. All of us, no matter what our age, at some time or other think: Wow, if I knew then what I know now. No, I am not referring to buying Google's IPO, but rather to choices we may have made, advice we took, people we hung out with, dated and maybe married, places we went, jobs we accepted. So bring a picture of yourself, if you can, at that critical time and be prepared to share: If I knew then what I know now.
I am excited to get a chance to learn from all of you and to share with you what I wish I knew then. Also, please remember to bring an item for South County Outreach's Food Pantry.
If you have any questions, please contact Cheryl Fennik at
